1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using epraxis.co or app.epraxis.co (collectively, "the Service"), operated by EPR Global Consulting ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EPR Axis is a financial control system for managing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance obligations across U.S. jurisdictions. The Service includes fee calculation, compliance reporting, scenario modeling, and advisory analytics.
3. User Accounts
Access to the Platform requires an invitation from an authorized administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Permitted Use
The Service is provided for legitimate business purposes related to EPR compliance management. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service. You may not use the Service to process data for third parties without authorization.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all compliance data, packaging data, and business information you upload to the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The Service provides fee estimates, compliance calculations, and advisory analytics based on available data and published regulatory schedules. These outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Actual fees, obligations, and deadlines may vary. You are responsible for verifying all outputs against official regulatory sources.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPR Global Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
